ALSA Chocolate Mousse is a quick and easy dessert to prepare!

 

1. Add the contents of the satchet to 250ml of cold milk.

 

2. Beat at high speed with a mixer for 3 minutes.

 

3. Divide the mousse into individual cups and let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

 

Suggestion: Molded chocolate mousse

 

Place 6 rice cakes with chocolate, inside metal hoops, on a tray lined with parchment paper. Prepare an Alsa milk chocolate mousse. Distribute the mousse into the hoops and place in the refrigerator. When serving, remove the frames and decorate with fresh raspberries and chocolate shavings.

A Mousse de Chocolate da ALSA é uma sobremesa rápida e fácil de preparar!

 

1. Adicionar o conteudo da squeta a 250ml de leite frio.

 

2. Bater a alta velocidade com uma batedeira durante 3 minutos.

 

3. Dividir a mousse em tacas individuais e deixar repousar no frigorifico durante pelo menos 2 horas.

 

Sugestao: Mousse de chocolate moldada

 

Colocar 6 bolachas de arroz com chocolate, dentro de aros metalicos, sobre um tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal. Prepar a mousse de chocolate de leita Alsa. Distribuir pelos aros e levar ao frigorifico. Na altura de servir retirar os aros e enfeitar com framboesas frescas e raspas de chocolate.
