Alheira is a type of Portuguese sausage, made with meats (usually pork, veal, duck, chicken, quail or rabbit) and bread.
Seasoned with natural garlic, sweet and spicy paprika, wine and salt. Cured according to tradition, with smoke and heat from oak and gorse wood.
We recommend frying or grilling.
